If There's a hell on earth, this place is it. Total incompetence. No doctors to been seen. They let my mother die alone

This place is the worst of the worst. I have never seen patients treated like this ever. With that being said I am 100% prepared to contact the media and let them know how poorly these patients are being treated, get ready Autumn Lake here comes the backlash of your actions. Please be advised that there is a nurse that works 2nd shift her name is Monica and she is by far one of the rudest and unhelpful people I have ever come in contact with. She needs to be removed from that facility and she needs to be stripped of her license as a RN as she's a complete disgrace.... Get ready Monica the news is going to do a big story on you.

My mom was here for 3 and a half weeks for short term rehab. The CNAs and nurses were friendly and seemed to care. Mom said the food was OK, better than she was expecting. The rehab department pushed her in therapy and seemed very knowledgeable. Lastly, the place did not have that "nursing home smell". I would send her back here if she ever needed.
